About DougCo Integrity Alliance
DougCo Integrity Alliance is a coalition of six dedicated residents running for the Home Rule Charter Commission in Douglas County, Colorado, District 1. United by a shared commitment to honesty, accountability, and transparency, we believe local government should reflect the values of the people it serves with representation from every corner of the county.

Every candidate of the DougCo Integrity Alliance opposes Douglas County becoming a Home Rule county, and will vote NO on question 1A on the ballot. But if the initiative moves forward, we believe it is essential to come together as a coalition of like-minded community advocates to ensure the process is transparent, fair, and handled with integrity.

Home rule, if it passes, would give Douglas County the power to write its own charter – a local constitution that could reshape how our county government works and who holds the power. The problem? This process hasn’t been nearly as transparent or community-centered as it should be. Big decisions about our future are on the table, and too few residents even know it’s happening. That’s why we’re stepping up. Because if the voters agree we need to move to Home Rule it needs to be done right – in the open, with integrity, and with your voice at the center.
